Nick Davison

Nick Davison built Sterling into a real estate powerhouse. Over 15 years, he transformed 1,300+ SoCal properties into investments worth hundreds of millions. He leads a team that turns complex deals into simple, high-return solutions.

Nick helps many non-profit organizations build a brighter future for people in need. His commitment to people shines through donations to Defy Ventures, supporting former inmates in becoming entrepreneurs, and to the Alzheimer's Association, funding critical research and family support.

Calum Colbert

What started as a 2017 internship with Sterling, evolved into a remarkable success story. Starting in project management, Calum quickly advanced to acquisitions. His drive and strategic cold calling led to 30 flips in his first year.

After graduating from SDSU with a finance degree, he landed the company's first 3 multi-unit deals, showcasing his sharp eye for opportunity. By 2020, he took charge of acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. His strategic vision has been key to Sterling's apartment growth.

Since 2018, he's overseen more than $500 million in transactions. Today, as Chief Investment Officer, he continues to shape the company’s strategic vision and drive its growth across SoCal's competitive real estate market.​
